How quickly will my order be shipped?

Have you ever ordered something online only to find out that the online "store" you ordered from didn't actually carry any stock? And worse, it would take weeks for your order to be shipped?

Because we carry stock just like a physical store, if all items are in stock, we ship orders within 4 - 7 business days.

International Parcel Post includes an online tracking function. International delivery times vary widely but are usually approximately 10 working days.

How will items I order be packaged?

Each item will be presented in beautiful gift packaging. We also offer an optional gift wrapping service!

Will I be thrilled with the quality of each piece?

Our collections are made from high quality materials including genuine Swarovski Elements, genuine freshwater pearls, exquisite man-made pearls and high grade cubic zirconia / diamond simulants. Each piece is made with exceptional craftsmanship and finished with fine jewellery settings. These are perfect keepsakes, made to last and coated in tarnish resistant plating to stand the test of time. Of course, all our pieces are nickel free, hypoallergenic and guaranteed to exceed expectations. If you don't love your purchase, simply return it! What happens if a product is "Out of Stock"?

We strive to keep all items in stock, but if an item is not in stock, this fact (plus a estimated time when the item will be available) will be stated in the product description. If you order an out of stock item, your order will be shipped in approximately 10 days. If there is any delay, we will let you know.

Do you offer an Express shipping service?

Express orders are processed within one to four business days and then shipped, according to your preferred method of shipping.

The 'Express Post - Signature on Delivery' (includes tracking and signature on delivery) service is a guaranteed within 2- 4 days delivery service (by Australia Post) to most metropolitan areas in Australia and includes tracking, signature & insurance. If you require your order urgently and are located outside a metropolitan area, in Western Australia or the Norhern Territory, please check with Australia Post if your area is guaranteed next day delivery from Byron Bay (where our office is located). This service is $14.95.

How should I choose the right bracelet length?

To measure your wrist, simply use a fabric tape measure, thin ribbon or string to wrap around your wrist and then measure this. The measurements on our website for bangles and bracelets represent either the "inner" circle of the bangle or length of the bracelet. We recommend allowing at least 0.5 cm. For example, if the length of the ribbon / string around your wrist measures 18 cm, we recommend you choose bangles or bracelets with a length of 18.5 cm or more.

I have very sensitive ears, what products do you recommend?

We have a large selection of earrings and many different options. For very sensitive ears, we recommend products which feature hypoallergenic sterling silver pins, products which are made with hypoallergenic steel, are rhodium plated or are clip on earrings. The product description for each item will indicate whether the item includes any of these elements.

You will be pleased to know that all our products are nickel free.

How should I care for my jewellery?

The delicate design of the jewellery means that items need to be handled with care. We recommend that the jewellery be kept away from moisture, perfume and chemicals in order to retain its lustre for many years to come.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

All of our range is plated in quality tarnish resistant plating. The highest quality tarnish resistant plating available is rhodium. Rhodium will not tarnish easily or quickly, even if exposed to moisture.

Not all of our range is plated in rhodium. Please check the description of each item to determine if it is plated in rhodium or another quality tarnish resistant plating.

What is rhodium plating?

Rhodium is a silver, high quality plating which will ensure jewellery does not tarnish easily or quickly. Rhodium is also hypoallergenic.

More expensive than gold by weight, rhodium is one of the rarest and most valuable precious metals (a member of the platinum metal group). White gold is often plated with a thin rhodium layer to improve its appearance, while sterling silver is often rhodium plated for tarnish resistance.

There are many rhodium imitations. Items which are stated as plated in rhodium on our website are plated in genuine rhodium. Rhodium is an expensive metal, so expect to pay a little more for jewellery which features the real thing.

Do the images on your website accurately reflect how the products actually look?

What you see is exactly what the product will look like. None of our product only images have been digitally enhanced and we have made every effort to ensure the product colours shown on the Fletcher & Grace website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, some computer screens may show slight variations. Measurements shown may vary very slightly.
