We also offer next day delivery with Express Post (Registered) within AUSTRALIA ONLY. This service is guaranteed next day delivery by Australia Post and includes tracking, signature & insurance.  The cost for this service is $14.95 and is added on check out. Orders must be made by 12pm (on a business day) in order to be posted the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be posted the next business day. Select the Express Post (Registered) option when checking out.

Delivery times

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.  Fletcher & Grace uses the Australia Post service for all deliveries within Australia and internationally. Within Australia, orders will usually arrive within 2-3 working days of shipping in Metro areas. Delivery times to other areas vary widely, but usually take 3-4 working days.

International delivery times vary widely but are usually approximately 10 days.

Product availability

Occasionally a product may be unavailable. We will indicate on our website items which are currently sold out and when they will become available. PRE ORDER to ensure you are first to receive an item when it becomes available. To PRE ORDER, simply order the item online as usual. We will notify you by email when your PRE ORDER has been received and will let you know again when your order has been shipped. Your credit card will only be debited once your order is ready to be delivered. Paypal payments are made at the time of order.

Plating, colours & sizes

We have made every effort to ensure the product colours shown on the Fletcher & Grace website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, some computer screens may show slight variations. None of our images have been digitally enhanced. Measurements shown are approximations and may vary slightly.
 

  

No hassle returns & exchanges

We are happy to exchange or provide a credit for any items in the range (except pin back earrings) which are not just right. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchange or credit for pin back earrings, unless they are faulty or damaged at the time of receipt.

A full refund will be offered if any item is faulty or damaged on receipt, provided we are notified within 7 days.

Fletcher & Grace is also available in retail stores nationally.This online policy applies only to products purchased directly from the Fletcher & Grace online store. If you wish to return a product purchased from a retail store, you will need to return to that store.

Conditions of return for online purchases

To return an item (except earrings) for a credit or exchange:

  • Simply post the item back to us within 7 days of receipt via Registered Post*
  • Ensure the item is in its original packaging / bubble wrapping / tissue paper to ensure no damage on the return journey**
  • Include a copy of your receipt in the package
  • Indicate on the receipt whether you would like to exchange the item for something else or receive a credit for the item

* Items not sent back within 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

** items which are damaged when received by Fletcher & Grace will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

Once we receive the item, we will email you a coupon code to the value of the returned item to use in our online store.

Care and handling

The delicate design of the jewellery means that items need to be handled with care. In addition, as the jewellery is costume, we recommend that the jewellery be kept away from moisture, perfume and chemicals in order to retain its lustre.  Fletcher & Grace will not be responsible for damage to goods after delivery.
