Fletcher & Grace offers next day delivery if we receive and process your order before 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday. Fletcher & Grace uses the Australia Post service for all deliveries within Australia and internationally. Within Australia, orders will usually arrive within 2-3 working days in Metro areas.
A delivery fee of $9.95 applies to all purchases within Australia, regardless of the quantity. Hence, the more you buy, the more you save on postage!
A delivery fee of $19.95 applies to all purchases outside Australia, up to ten items. For international purchases of 10 items or more, Fletcher & Grace will confirm delivery charges with you via email before proceeding.

Returns & Exchanges
Items which are damaged at the time of receipt may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for exchange. We do not issue refunds (unless due to faulty workmanship). Delivery charges are not refunded. Due to health considerations we are unable to exchange items which are NOT damaged at the time of receipt. The delicate design of the jewellery means that items need to be handled with care. In addition, as the jewellery is costume, we recommend that the jewellery be kept away from moisture, perfume and chemicals in order to retain its lustre. Fletcher & Grace will not be responsible for damage to goods after delivery. |

Fletcher & Grace is also available in retail stores nationally.This online policy applies only to products purchased directly from the Fletcher & Grace online store. If you wish to return a product purchased from a retail store, you will need to return to that store.
To return an item purchased from the Fletcher & Grace website, email the following details to Fletcher & Grace. Forwarding address details will be provided via email.

Plating, colours & sizes
We have made every effort to ensure the product colours shown on the Fletcher & Grace website are as close as possible to actual colours, however, some computer screens may show slight variations. Measurements shown are approximations and may vary slightly.
Product Availability
Occasionally a product may be unavailable, and unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. We will notify you by email if a product is out of stock and when it will be available. Any payments made for out of stock products will be refunded within 24 hours. |
